By ordering any products listed on our website known as www.hishinxslim.com, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not place an order or alternatively. Ordering from Hishin XSlim Online Store
When you place an order for XSlim, you are making an offer to purchase, which if accepted by us, forms a binding agreement. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders at our sole discretion.
To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age. XSlim is recommended only for individuals between 18–65 years old. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Payment
We accept multiple payment methods, including Online Banking, FPX, E-Wallets, Credit/Debit Cards, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Atome. You must ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds or credit are available. We reserve the right to validate your payment before dispatching any product.
Products Pricing and Availability
We strive to ensure all product details and prices on the Website are accurate, but errors may occur. In case of any error after your payment, we will notify you within three (3) working days to either reconfirm or cancel the order. If cancelled, we will issue a full refund within seven (7) working days.
We reserve the right to reject any orders placed with incorrect or outdated information on pricing, shipping, or availability.
Hishin XSlim is not available for resale. Orders suspected of resale intent will be cancelled without notice. We reserve the right to permanently blacklist such customers.
Cancellation
Order cancellations or returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made strictly under special circumstances such as logistics errors or product defects. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacement or reshipment will be arranged if the case is approved.
Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within seven (3-5) working days. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If no report of damage or loss is made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, we will consider the delivery as successful. For verified loss or damage, we will arrange replacement or refund within fourteen (14) days.
Products returned due to damage must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Product prices include delivery charges within Malaysia and Singapore, unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes imposed by authorities (if any) will be borne separately by the customer.
Original receipts are required for any claims involving refund or replacement. Claims without proof of purchase will not be entertained.
Geographic Availability
Hishin XSlim is available exclusively in Malaysia and Singapore. We do not accept or ship international orders beyond these regions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taishin Group Sdn Bhd is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of Hishin XSlim products or the Website.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
